🌿 Youth Mental Health services

  • SpunOut.ie is an Irish non-governmental organisation focused on providing online youth information. It provides information on a range of youth issues such as drugs and vaping awareness, employment laws for teenagers, LGBTI+ suppports . It is Ireland’s youth information website covering mental health, school, body image, and relationships. You can also text SPUNOUT to 50808 to chat with a trained volunteer.
  • Jigsaw –s a youth mental health charity in Ireland offering free therapy and support to children and young people aged 12 to 25. Chat online at jigsaw.ie/livechat or visit your nearest Jigsaw service.
  • BeLonG To Youth Services – Support for LGBTI+ young people, including youth groups and online resources.
  • Turn2Me – Free online counselling and peer support for teens and young adults.
  • Tackle Your Feelings – Tools and videos to help you manage stress and build confidence.
  • Walk in My Shoes: This website offers a range of supports, including parent training and webinars on topics such as bullying, mental health etc.
  • www.togetherall.com/irelandTogetherall is a new online mental health peer-to-peer platform for people in Ireland aged 16 to 30. The Togetherall support community is an online space where people aged 16 to 30 in Ireland can connect with others who understand what they’re going through. The community is anonymous and moderated by mental health clinicians 24/7, ensuring everyone is safe and welcome, with no judgement and no stigma.
